This past February, Chicago producers Imani Davis and Gemma Strausbaugh dropped the trailer for their upcoming podcast series, "Players: A Film Industry Podcast." The cohosts created the series with the objective of having a female-led, fun yet savvy podcast that dives in on topics centered around the business of film and all the key players within it. The episodes will ave a rotating schedule of discussions between the hosts, with guests, and panels of experts so they are able to share varying perspectives and hep their listeners gain a wealth of knowledge from multiple sources. They even set up a Players Podcast Hotline to keep the show interactive and community based!

Curious The Oscars as International Film Festival:
